FIGHTING FOR CONSUMERS AND SMALL BUSINESSES FOR OVER 25 YEARS

Did your Keurig single-serve coffee maker stop working?

Himmelstein Law Network is investigating complaints that certain Keurig single-serve coffee makers — the K-Mini, K-Mini Plus, K-Express, K-Slim, K-Iced, K-Iced Plus, and K-Slim+ICED — stopped working within weeks or months of purchase.

Thousands of purchasers have posted reviews describing the same problems: units that stop working within weeks or months, shut off mid-brew, leak, or will not clear the descale light even after descaling. Many reviewers report that two or more of their units failed, including replacements supplied by Keurig.

If you purchased one of these coffee makers and it either stopped working or stopped working properly, please fill out this form.  Only your name and email address are required, but please provide as much of the requested information as possible, and click Submit when you are through.

4. Which model?
Not sure which model you have? i
The model number (not the name, except for the K-Mini and K-Mini Plus) is molded into the plastic on the bottom of the brewer — tilt it toward the light to read it.  You can also compare yours to the pictures of current models on Keurig’s website.  If you still aren’t sure, pick “Other / not sure.”

These allegations are under investigation.  No court has determined that these products are defective and Keurig has not been found liable for anything.  Keurig, K-Mini, K-Mini Plus, K-Express, K-Slim, K-Iced, K-Slim+ICED, and K-Iced Plus are registered trademarks of their owner.  This page is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. or any affiliated company.  The marks are used only to identify the products under investigation.
